About RetroDeck

RetroDeck is a free, anonymous sprint retrospective tool. It runs in your browser, has no accounts, and the server only retains a board for 14 days after its last activity.

It's built by the same team as AgileDeck — a free planning poker tool that uses the same philosophy: small, fast, opinionated tools that respect the team's time and the fact that they have actual work to do.

Why exists

Most retrospective tools require accounts, lock features behind plans, or burn the user's time on chrome that doesn't improve the retro. We wanted something we'd use ourselves — boot a retro in 30 seconds, run the conversation, close the tab. That's all there is.

Anti-features

• No accounts.
• No analytics on the content of cards.
• No exports — boards are ephemeral by design.
• No AI summarisation. The team does the conversation.
